If you require a refund or an exchange of your item, you must contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your package to initiate the process. Refunds or replacements require return of the item prior to processing. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include but are not limited to: personal apparel and made-to-order items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days; if you require a replacement item, it will be mailed out upon approval of the returned item.
Boxes are designed to protect their contents and in so doing may acquire damage ranging from minor to catastrophic. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for damage of this nature sustained during the normal process of being shipped through the postal system; thus, refunds or replacements will not be offered for an item's packaging.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Items mailed out in error will be replaced or refunded upon the store’s receipt of the incorrect item in its original condition and packaging.
Some items are produced in such limited quantities that a replacement is not possible. These cases will be handled on an individual basis.
"RETURNED TO SENDER"
If your package is marked “returned to sender” due to a mistake in your mailing address on your part or a failure to pick it up from the post office, we’ll be happy to send it out again as soon as you submit the cost of re-shipment (via PayPal) to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the error was on our end, however, re-shipment is on us.
